Casa Noble will be hosting tequila dinner at the famous Calistoga Ranch, a luxury resort in Napa Valley. The resort will be a great location to capture the rich culture of our luxury tequilas, offering guests the ultimate experience in a pristine setting.
Founding Partner of Casa Noble, David Ravandi will be conducting the tequila tasting in between dinner at Calistoga Ranch on July, 31, 2008.
The special menu for the evening is listed below:
Nobelitas (Special concoction made with Casa Noble Crystal)
First course-Mahi Mahi Duo: Ceviche with cilantro jalapenos and red onion, Sashimi with citrus segments, micro arugula, fennel. (Casa Noble Crystal)
Second Course: Soft Shell Crab on a tequila tempura, sweet white corn and braised spring onions, celery leaves. (Casa Noble Reposado)
Intermezzo (Surprise by chef) Third Course-Tequila Marinated Rib eye, crispy fingerling 
potatoes, wild arugula, summer squash and baby carrots with salsa Verde. (Casa Noble Anejo) For Canapés: Lamb skewers, fromage Blanc tarts with Serrano ham and caramelized fruit.
