Casa Noble Cooks For A Day In Cannes

Casa Noble Founding Partners David Ravandi and Jose Hermosillo participated in the Chefs For A Day French cookery class at the TFWA World Exhibition of 2008 in Cannes, France. This new addition to the leisure activities at the global forum for the duty free and travel retail industry proved to be a success in popularity, drawing attendees from over 15 different countries, and kicked off the week of high profile business and networking to a great start.
The cookery school students whipped up various yummy treats at the Les apprentis Gourmets, preparing mouth-watering dishes such as red mullet with lemon and ravioli with crab and herbs.
Celebrating a job well done, a feast of the fruits of their labors was enjoyed by all in the dinning room above the kitchen.
