Casa Noble tequila just landed their official organic certification from the USDA last week, making it the second of only two organic tequilas on the market. Casa Noble is the result of 200 years worth of production history from a family distillery in Jaslisco, Mexico. Theirs is a 100% blue agave tequila, naturally fermented with no additives and triple distilled before bottling. Their dedication to quality landed the company's Single Barrel Anejo Double Gold at the 2009 San Francisco World Spirit Competition. So if green is your overall goal, look for these labels next time you're hitting the liquor store. They – and you – can make a world of difference.
