Casa Noble Tasting with Houston's Pico's

Hundreds of Riedel glasses filled the banquet room in anticipation of 70 eager tequila aficionados pouring into the cozy Houston restaurant. Casa Noble boasted its luxury line of premium tequilas at Pico's on April 1st, 2009. This traditional venue has exposed it's loyal customers to 7 different regions in Mexico for over 25 years. Owner and Chef, Arnoldo Richards, created a delectable menu in celebration of the event. The pairing included soft shelf crabs with Casa Noble's blanco, Crystal. Water crest salad balanced the Casa Noble Reposado flawlessly. Lastly, the evening would not have been complete without a lamb shank simmered in Pencas of Agave, which graced the pallate with Casa Noble's exquisite 2 year AƱejo. Casa Noble's Jose Hermosillo held the intimate tasting, including a briefing on the enticing history of tequila, the brand, and detailed production methods of Casa Noble.
