The Dallas Voice and TravelLady.com joined Casa Noble Tequila's Founding Partner Jose Hermosillo at Cyclone Anaya’s Mexican Kitchen in Oak Lawn, Texas on May 20, 2009 for an intimate introduction to Casa Noble’s Luxury Tequila line. Guests we greeted with Casa Noble’s signature cocktail, The Nobelita, perfectly blending Casa Noble Crystal with POM Pomegranate Juice and Organic Orange Juice. The Casa Noble Margarita with fresh lime and Grand Marnier was a great way to start the evening and prepare for an exquisite pairing with delectable dishes from the Cyclone Anaya's Mexican Kitchen. The Smooth Citrus flavors of the Casa Noble Crystal teamed up with Shrimp Ceviche to kick the night off right. The 364 day aged Casa Noble Reposado boasted smoky notes with a spicy finish while beautifully matched with Lobster and Crab Enchiladas. To round off the night the 2-year Anejo. The Tres Leches was able to balance the butterscotch tones of the Anejo perfectly. The wonderfully enhanced dining experience was noted by all.
